WEST Series Update

AMS has procured a 110" West Series car and a Bill Maropulos open chevy. The car is being put together at the moment. We have come across many used parts from other NASCAR teams, and are fortunate enough to get this car built for a reasonable price. That said, we intend to pick up a second car for road courses. If you know of anyone with a road course car 4 sale, let us know.

#26 SWT Truck SOLD!!

In recent news, AMS has sold the #26 SWT Truck, she is on her way to Houston Texas. Although the truck series was fun, the uncertainty with Irwindale Speedway and the SWTT series has forced us to cut our losses and find another series with a bit more stability. We may return to the SWTT in the near future, but for now it looks like LM's and West Series races are where we will focus.

Driver's Notes

Testing @ OSS...priceless!

So we leased the track at Orange Show Speedway. We want to thank Dan Coburn for showing up with his #21 SWT Truck.

We had a blast at the track and were able to get Marc, Adam, Erika and myself in the car for some seat time. Adam drove at the limit and nearly put the car in the wall when he spun out coming out of turn 2. Luckily, he saved it..

Dan was all over the track in his #21, gettting loose at every turn and driving hard. Look out for Dan this year, he's a man on a mission!

The late model ran great. Not bad for her first time out on the track with AMS.

At the end of the day, Adam got back in for a closing session when the U-Bolt holding the drive shaft broke off! The drive shaft was dented and needs to be replaced. We were able to load the car with little hassle and returned her to the shop for repairs.

All in all- the trip was a success! Thanks to everyone who came out to participate!
